Una maravillosa terraza para disfrutar en medio del centro del pueblo.

Increible ático con terraza privada, ubicado en el centro de Vilanova i la Geltrú a tres calles de la rambla principal, una zona de paseo donde encontrara restaurantes, cafeterías y tiendas comerciales.

Si quiere experimentar el ambiente de Barcelona o Sitges, a tan solo 15 minutos caminando está la estación de tren/autobús con líneas directas que pasan aprox. cada 20 minutos. Es un viaje fácil a la ciudad para pasar un día de compras. El tren a Barcelona tarda unos 45 minutos y te dejará justo en el centro de la ciudad.

A 15 minutos a pie de la playa en donde se encuentran restaurantes frente al mar.

2 habitaciones dobles, todas con ventiladores de techo y aire acondicionado. 2 baños modernos (1 con ducha y 1 con bañera y ducha). Balcón en la habitación principal.

Amplio salón / comedor con aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo. TV de pantalla plana con canales en español. Con un cable HDMI se puede conectar cualquier dispositivo a internet y ver canales de todo el mundo. Las puertas del patio dan hacia el balcón frontal en done puede disfrutar de un buen café, una copa de vino o de cava.

Cocina, amplia y bien equipada.

Hay calefacción en todo el apartamento para los meses de invierno y tiene WIFI e internet ilimitado, fibra óptica.

La gran terraza privada está amueblada con un comedor, tumbonas. Puede hacer uso de la barbacoa de gas. El apartamento tiene magníficas vistas a las montañas, sobre los tejados y la antigua torre de la iglesia que está iluminada en la parte superior de la Rambla Principal.

Tenga en cuenta que el apartamento está en una tercera planta sin ascensor.

Aparcamiento subterráneo de pago, aparcamiento público gratuito o aparcamiento en la calle a 5 minutos a pie.

Damos la bienvenida a los niños. Podemos proporcionar algunos equipos para los bebés como cuna y silla para comer. Por favor, pregunte. Lamentamos que el apartamento no tiene acceso para discapacitados.

El apartamento estaba súper bien equipado,la terraza en el ático muy bien para barbacoa ,la única pega es que es un tercero sin ascensor sobre todo porque fuimos con una persona mayor .

Appartement grand et bien placé dans une petite station balnéaire a 40min de barcelone ! Superbe terrasse avec barbecue de compétition! Moins de 30min a pied de la mer (avec femme enceinte) et proche de tout! Je recommande et merci Andrea!

We stayed in the appartement during our internship. The appartement was really nice with a great roof terrace and ammendities. Everything was clean and spacious. Andrea Aljure was a very helpful efficient agent especially when she attended twice to help us: 1- how to work the washing machine and 2- almost midnight when we were without electricity. Andrea came immediately and fixed the problem. We were delighted with the flat air conditioning, essential during a really hot spell.

We were extremely fortunate to spend 4 nights at this lovely, well-appointed  apartment in Vilanova i la Geltru.  The apartment is very near the "Rambla Principal" giving easy access to multiple wonderful places to eat.  One of our favorites was Genito. Because of the central location, it provides easy access to the amazing market, the train station and the harbor. On one of our days, we foraged at the market, picked up lots of fresh seafood and grilled on the spectacular roof deck. It’s not uncommon to rent an apartment and only to find that it is not conducive to having all of the necessary tools for a dinner with friends. Everything we needed was there.

We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect city-centre location in calm back street, just two blocks from the cathedral & square.

Cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and market on main rambla just around the corner.

Non-touristy coast town with genuine Catalan "city feel"

Station 15 min walking distance, with frequent suburban train services to Barcelona, taking about 45 mins

Apartment:

Typical Spanish family-apartment on upper 3rd floor.

Spacious living room towards street.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen towards quiet backyard.

Direct access to gorgeous private roof terrace with city panorama!

After a non-stop flight from Newark to Barcelona, we took a taxi to the apartment in Vila Nova. It was an easy ride on Saturday morning and the cab fare was roughly US$80 for two of us.

The apartment is beautiful; it’s fully furnished throughout, and clean and comfortable with a good bed and well-functioning showers. Always a must for us. And it’s quiet! There’s a small balcony off the front room that is perfect for watching the world go by…as much as there is in a small and quaint town. The location of the apartment is within walking distance to the main part of town, to the beach, and to restaurants, shopping, markets, museums and churches. For a few days, we did take a side trip to Barcelona using the train…it was so easy. Given more time, we could easily see using the apartment for a longer period of time. The day we had to leave we ordered a taxi back to Barcelona’s airport f

Beautiful flat, quiet yet within easy walking distance of the historic area and shops of Vilanova i la Geltrú.  Stylishly furnished, it features a fully equipped kitchen and access to a huge rooftop patio with a magnificent view of the city.  Vilanova itself is a lovely town to explore on foot, with excellent restaurants and bars, and a short train-ride away from nearby local attractions in Reus, Sitges, and Barcelona.

Staying in this apartment was easily the best decision we made on our visit to Vilanova i la Geltru. The apartment itself has all the amenities you could imagine for dining in, which proved just as alluring as the many incredible food options nearby due to the bountiful food markets in walking distance. In addition to a rooftop grill, and a fully functional kitchen, the apartment is equipped with rolling shopping carts, which allowed us to fit in with the locals at the market. The apartment is also within walking distance to the beach, which became a daily excursion during our stay. It’s safe to say that with the owners’ helpful recommendations and a truly beautiful home-base, we felt as if we were living in the city despite being tourists. Can’t wait to return!
